At SheSurf Morocco, we carefully organize every coaching session to provide a safe and personalized experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy before booking.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Customer Cancellation
More than 72 hours before your session: 100% refund or free rescheduling.
Between 24 and 72 hours before your session: 50% refund or free rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours before your session: No refund.
No Show
If you do not arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Weather & Ocean Conditions
Your safety is our priority.
If sea or weather conditions are unsafe, SheSurf Morocco may:
Reschedule your session at no extra cost.
Offer an alternative activity when available.
Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Instructor Cancellation
If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between:
A full refund.
A new booking date.
Late Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session.
Late arrivals may reduce your coaching time. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
