By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Participants should be in good physical condition and able to swim comfortably.

Safety First

All participants must follow the instructions given by our coaches at all times.

SheSurf Morocco reserves the right to stop a session if a participant behaves in a way that may endanger themselves or others.

Equipment

Equipment provided by SheSurf Morocco should be treated with care.

Any intentional damage or loss may result in additional charges.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

SheSurf Morocco cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during coaching sessions.

These images may be used for marketing purposes unless you inform us before the session that you do not wish to appear.

Ocean Conditions

Surfing depends on natural conditions.

Session times, locations or activities may be adjusted to ensure the safest and best possible experience.

Liability

Surfing and bodyboarding involve inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by your coach.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for booking and communication purposes.

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties, except when required by law.
